Claims and discrepencies about
products quality must be reported within 8 days from receipt of
shipment.
Shipment must be checked carefully
in case of tempering or damage. SARTOR will replace only defected
goods due to its own fault.
Terms of Payment:
60% deposit with order and balance prior to delivery. ( Proof of
Payment required with order.)
Payments accepted by electronic bank transfer only. We do not accept
