Conditions of sale

Payment terms:

Special Orders require a 60% DEPOSIT with an official Purchase Order and the balance due prior to delivery.
Delivery stock require payment in full before delivery.
Payments must be made via EFT or cash. We do not accept Cheques and Credit Cards.

Prices:

All prices quoted are end user prices, before branding. Delivery and VAT excluded.
End users may be eligible for quantity discounts. Please consult your agent at Khoja Group.
Trade customers must register with their agent at Khoja Group to be eligible for Trade Discounts.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. These changes may be due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, increase in cost of raw material and services and other associated factors.
All special orders for imported products are subject to transportation and customs clearing costs.

Artwork:

Client to supply all artwork for branding in high resolution. Any artwork created by Khoja Group will be charged to the client.
Cost will depend on complexity of the artwork.

Designs and concepts:

Khoja Group offers a custom design service, from hand renderings to computer renderings. Clients will be charged a modest fee for our design service.
All design concepts and products advertised by Khoja Group remain the property of Khoja Group. Copy and /or distribution thereof, in any form, without written permission from Khoja Group, is strictly prohibited.

Delivery:

We will deliver all orders on time except in case beyond our control i.e. Power failure, act of Nature, labour strikes etc. In such cases we will not be held responsible nor be held liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced by the client.
Delivery charges apply on all orders. Please consult your agent at Khoja Group for costs.

Return policy:

All orders are subjected to quality control prior to shipping. Any claims should be referred to your courier. Khoja Group takes no responsibility for any items damaged in transit.
All sales are FINAL and no refunds will be issued. Goods may be returned, (within 3 days) in good condition, for a credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
